The American Red Cross Military and Veteran Caregiver Network (MVCN) is hosting an in-person support group for caregivers in your area! The MVCN’s peer group support program is designed to reduce isolation among caregivers and encourage them to gain knowledge and skills that will promote their personal wellbeing goals. You can connect and receive support from your peers through this group which is led by trained MVCN Peer Group Facilitators.
Lunch will be provided.
Those with military ID, enter through the Ft. Benning Road Gate, proceed to 10th Mountain Division Rd, and turn right. Follow to the first stop sign and make a left on Anderson St. The Red Cross is a short distance down on the right in Bldg. 482, 7200 Anderson St. Those without post access will need to go to the Main Gate and obtain a pass. Allow an extra 30 minutes in case the pass issuance desk is very busy. Maps of Main Post are available when you get your pass. Frequent attendees can get a one year pass.
